CHELSEA could seal a deal to sign Ivan Toney before the end of the transfer window.

Premier League clubs have until 11pm on Friday to conclude their summer business.

Toney is serving an eight-month ban for breaching the FA's betting rules.

The Brentford striker cannot return to action until January 17 as he sees out his punishment.
