Man Utd and Tottenham transfer plans rocked as Fulham have NOT reached Joao Palhinha deal with Bayern Munich
TIME is ticking away on Thomas Tuchel's hopes of signing Fulham midfielder Palhinha for Bayern Munich.
The player is in Germany and there are suggestions he has even undergone part one of a medical but there is still no agreement in place between the two clubs.
Palhinha did not train with his Premier League team-mates this morning and is unlikely to figure in tomorrow's match at Manchester City.
But Fulham are digging in over their valuation of their Portuguese star and over sourcing a replacement at such late notice.
They were linked with a move for Tottenham's Pierre Emile-Hojberg but that seems to have collapsed.
Germany's transfer window shuts at 5pm UK time giving Bayern barely two hours to get a financial package in place that is agreeable to Craven Cottage chiefs.

Palhinha has emerged as one of the most sought-after players of this transfer window for his stirring performances for Fulham.
He would be an immediate replacement at Bayern for Ryan Gravenberch who is on course to join Liverpool today for £34million.
But insiders at Craven Cottage are hopeful they will keep their man - for now at least.
Bayern are ready to pay around £60m for the cast-iron Portuguese who scored an equalising goal for ten-man Fulham at Arsenal last Saturday.

Fulham have been standing firm despite Palhinha being open to the switch to the Bundesliga giants.
And that would in turn see Spurs and United's potential deadline-day plans scuppered.
Spurs were open to allowing Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to leave for Craven Cottage with talks already underway.
Marco Silva had identified Hojbjerg as a suitable replacement for Palhinha and would only permit the Portuguese star's departure if someone else was lined up to come in.
Fulham have also been keen on Scott McTominay.
The Scottish midfielder is surplus to requirements at Old Trafford and will drop further down the pecking order if Sofyan Amrabat arrives.
United sent a private jet to Florence to pick up the Moroccan ace in the hope of getting a deal done before the 11pm deadline.
