Nottingham Forest seal last-minute £30m transfer for PSV star Ibrahim Sangaré as part of stunning late triple swoop
NOTTINGHAM FOREST completed three major signings before the closure of the transfer window.
Forest fans were left licking their wounds on deadline day when beloved winger Brennan Johnson joined Tottenham in a deal in excess of £45m.
The City Ground faithful were wondering if the club would be able to replace the Wales ace before last night's 11pm deadline.
But the Forest brass answered their prayers and then some by signing not one, not two, but THREE new players before the transfer window closed.
Ibrahim Sangare, Andrew Omobamidele and Divock Origi all joined the Tricky Trees from PSV Eindhoven, Norwich City and AC Milan respectively.
Sangare and Omobamidele have penned permanent contracts, while former Liverpool star and Champions League winner Origi has inked a loan deal with the club.
