Manchester United and Arsenal among eleven clubs tracking Porto star Yacine Brahimi
Algerian ace Brahimi was instrumental in the Portuguese side's 5-0 Champions League demolition of Leicester
MANCHESTER UNITED and Arsenal are in hot pursuit of Porto star Yacine Brahimi.
The Algerian international has scored 15 goals in 66 games during his two years in Portugal, but Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger could face stiff competition from a number of other clubs for his signature.
West Ham, Monaco, Marseille, AC Milan, Juventus, Napoli, Atletico Madrid and Sevilla are just some of the clubs interested in the winger, according to Portuguese website A Bola.
But Brahimi won't come cheap as he is tied to a contract with Porto until 2019 and has a £50.5m release clause.
Just last week he showed fans in England what he could do, producing a brilliant flick to net against Leicester.
Porto secured Champions League qualification with a 5-0 thrashing of the Foxes and Brahimi was one of the standout performers.
Born in Paris, the 26-year-old started his career with Rennes in 2009, where he made 39 appearances.
After a successful loan spell with Granada, he signed permanently for the Spanish side in 2013 by Watford owners the Pozzo family.
A £5.5m move to Porto followed and it was there that he really brought goals into his game.
Brahimi spent seven years representing France at every international age group up to under-21.
However he switched his allegiance to Algeria in 2013 and starred in their impressive side which reached the knockout stages of the 2014 World Cup.
