Man Utd flops in ‘bizarre’ huddle after being sent out for second-half FIVE minutes by Erik ten Hag
MANCHESTER UNITED players were sent back out onto the pitch for the second-half early against Bayern Munich.
And commentators spotted the team do an "unusual" huddle before the match got underway again.
Man Utd start brightly but went in at the break 2-0 down.
Leroy Sane profited from an Andre Onana goalkeeping error before Serge Gnabry doubled Bayern's lead.
A fuming Erik ten Hag must've given his players a swift dressing down in the changing room, deciding to send them back onto the field FIVE MINUTES before the game was scheduled to restart.
The players, looking to put things right, formed a team huddle on the pitch as they wait for Bayern to reappear.
And it partly worked as Rasmus Hojlund netted his first goal for Man Utd just three minutes after kick-off.
However, the joy was short lived as Bayern scored soon after via Harry Kane, who converted a controversial penalty and the Germans went on to win 4-3.
Fans were left confused by the huddle, one said: "Not sure that will do the trick."
Another joked: "That’s the most secure they’ve looked defensively all season."

A third reacted: "Collective prayers."
Potentially, Ten Hag sent them back out for the second-half early as he had little options off the bench with three goalkeepers named as subs.
