And manager Janne Andersson will be without his star striker as Isak had to withdraw from international duty due to an injury he suffered on Sunday during the Magpies' 2-2 draw at West Ham.

The 24-year-old came off in the 86th minute and was replaced by Callum Wilson.

Isak then jetted off for international duty but Sweden confirmed he wasn't cleared to compete after undergoing tests with the team's medical team.

The Swedish Football Association : "Alexander Isak leaves the men's national team's European Championship qualifying squad.
