While he has admitted he would still "love" to manage the Danish national team, the footballer also has a new career on TV.

He presents his own show on Amazon Prime Video called "Nicklas Pranker".

The clown in question is, of course, Nicklas Bendtner.

The series sees him go undercover to play tricks and pranks on celebrities and members of the public in his native Denmark.

Following the launch of the show last year, the second season premiered on Friday with the first two episodes released.

During the first series, Bendtner appeared in a variety of awkward scenarios, including one episode which saw him smashing art in a gallery.

Meanwhile, another clip from the show sees him dressed as a clown for a prank.

The former striker donned a colourful suit, a red wig and a black hat as he poses for a fake photoshoot.

As for his love life, the 35-year-old is allegedly dating bisexual film star Sus Wilkins, having split from Swedish model Clara Linnea Wahlqvist.

During his playing career, Bendtner spent a decade with Arsenal after joining the club's academy at 16.

The Gunners cult hero went on to score 47 goals in 171 appearances and won the FA Cup in 2014.

He also won trophies with Juventus, Wolfsburg and Rosenborg before calling time on his career.

For Denmark, he won 81 caps, scoring 30 goals and playing at both the 2010 World Cup and the Euros in 2012.
