Betfair Chase entries revealed with superstar cast set to do battle at Haydock
THE entries have been revealed for November's Betfair Chase - and it looks like being an absolute cracker.
You can take your pick from any of the multiple Grade 1 winners set to line up at Haydock.
Among the 15 big names are Grand National hero Corach Rambler, former Gold Cup winners Minella Indo and A Plus Tard plus Gordon Elliott's highly-rated Gerri Colombe.
Nicky Henderson's stable star Shishkin is also featured, plus Dan Skelton's defending champ Protektorat and his hugely promising Midnight River.
Bravemansgame - who could make his seasonal return in the Charlie Hall at Wetherby on Saturday - is also entered.
Ahoy Senor, Envoi Allen, L'Homme Presse and Royale Pagaille feature among the big names too.
While Elliott's Conflated rounds out a stellar cast which also includes Galia Des Liteaux and Minella Drama.
Sir Alex Ferguson's Protektorat is the current 2-1 fav to scoop the big staying prize.
Bravemansgame was as big as 11-4 but it's currently 50-50 whether he goes Wetherby or Haydock.
Gerri Colombe, who is odds-on to win the Down Royal Champion Chase on Saturday, is 4-1.
