Some members of the Man Utd board share more confidence in Ten Hag than others
MANCHESTER UNITED now have TWO major doubts about manager Erik ten Hag, according to reports.
The Red Devils have lost eight of their first 15 matches in all competitions – making it their worst start to a season in 61 years.
Ten Hag’s side are floundering in eighth in the Premier League table, with just 15 points from 10 games.
And they are also at risk of dropping out of the Champions League at the group stages after losses to Galatasaray and Bayern Munich.
Back-to-back 3-0 defeats in the last week, to rivals Manchester City and Newcastle respectively, have made matters worse.
Fans are now starting to lose faith in Ten Hag.
Now, it seems club officials are also starting to raise questions surrounding the Dutchman’s future at Old Trafford.
According to , there are currently no plans to sack him.
However, some board members are said to have more confidence in him than others – leaving the club split.
Ten Hag is also losing the faith of his players, with SunSport exclusively revealing on Friday that the boss is hauling flops in for one-on-one showdown talks to clear the air.

Ten Hag’s intensity, which was widely seen as a positive last season, is now being viewed as a problem.
While some of his in-game decisions have also caused a stir among the squad.
The 53-year-old’s decision to leave Raphael Varane out of the starting line-up in favour of Jonny Evans before last weekend’s Manchester derby raised eyebrows in the dressing room.
And his treatment of Jadon Sancho, who was exiled from the first-team in September, has also received a negative response.
The report adds that there is also belief behind the scenes that Ten Hag hasn’t fully adapted to the Premier League’s demands having spent over a decade coaching in the Netherlands prior to joining Man Utd.
