Arsenal in talks with Genoa defender but face competition from two Premier League rivals, confirms agent
ARSENAL are in talks to sign Genoa defender Radu Dragusin, according to the player's agent.
However, two more top Premier League clubs are also in discussions with the centre-back's representatives.
The Romanian, 21, has played every minute of Genoa's Serie A campaign so far this season.
Yet despite Dragusin catching the eye of the Gunners, his team are struggling down in 15th place in the Italian top flight.
And his agent has now hinted at a potential move to the Premier League.
But Arsenal have been put on notice that both Tottenham and Newcastle are also in the hunt.

Dragusin's agent, Florin Manea, said: "I have been in London for some time and have almost weekly meetings with important teams.
"We are getting closer. I spoke with Newcastle, with Arsenal, with Tottenham.
"I also have messages with them, conversations. There are teams that ask [about Dragusin]."
Dragusin spent last season on loan at Genoa from Juventus - after making just four senior appearances for The Old Lady.
