DEVIN HANEY has overcome Regis Progrias by unanimous shutout decision to become a two-weight world champion.
Haney absolutely dominated the bout, winning all 12 rounds and getting the win via unanimous decision. Prograis' team nearly threw in the towel during the fight.
The 25-year-old has now won all of his 31 professional bouts, previously beating Vasyl Lomachenko by unanimous decision.
Also, on the huge San Francisco bill, Ebanie Bridges lost her title to Miyo Yoshida in her first fight since last December.

Speaking after losing to Devin Haney, he said: “That motherf***er’s good, he’s better than I thought he was.
“I just couldn’t get to him. I thought he was a soft puncher, he does have power. I was down and I was like, ‘What the f*** happened?'”

Devin Haney gave fans an insight into his approach following his win against Prograis last night.
"I went in here and I hit him with a sharp right hand," he said.

"It's a dream come true," Haney said.
"I knew I had him hurt a few times. I went in there and was real disciplined. I made it as easy as possible."
Haney added that he will now speak with his father to decide on his next match-up.

Haney isn't married and in early 2023 it was confirmed that his romance with social media influencer India Love was over.
The pair debuted their relationship after Haney's split from ex-girlfriend Jania Meshell in the summer of 2021.
