Man Utd ‘set to be handed reduced summer transfer budget’ following shock elimination from Champions League

MANCHESTER UNITED are set to be handed a reduced summer transfer budget after their Champions League exit, a report claims.

The Red Devils were booted out of Europe entirely as Bayern Munich beat a tepid United 1-0 at Old Trafford on Tuesday night.
