WWE legend Eric Bischoff unrecognizable from iconic Attitude Era heel days as gray-haired 68-year-old executive
WWE legend Eric Bischoff has shocked fans after sporting a completely new look from his days as a much-loved heel character.
The 68-year-old made his name in Vince McMahon's promotion as the general manager of Monday Night RAW.
He was an iconic heel in the Attitude Era, comically hated by fans for his outrageous rants and skill on the microphone.
Bischoff was known for having luscious long jet black hair during his time in WWE.
But the wrestling executive looked unrecognizable when he sported neat gray hair and glasses for a recent podcast appearance on his 83 Weeks channel.
Bischoff revealed that he started going gray in his twenties and was forced to dye his hair for his wrestling appearances.

When Bischoff joined WWE in 2002, he wanted to keep his hair gray but Stephanie McMahon forced him to keep it black.
“When I went to WWE, I’ll never forget it as a talent...I remember after I made the deal and everything was signed, sealed, and delivered, we knew where we were going creatively,"
"I understood what the plan was. I put a call in to Stephanie, who was head of creative at the time.
"I said, ‘Do you guys want me to come back with black hair, or is it cool if I come back with my natural color?’
"I was so hoping she was going to say, ‘Don’t worry about dyeing your hair. That’s so phony. Everybody knows it’s phony...'
"That’s what I was hoping for, but that’s not the answer I got.
"Stephanie without missing a beat said, ‘Oh no. Dye your hair black’, and I was back at it again.
