Anthony Joshua vs Otto Wallin LIVE RESULT: Eddie Hearn teases fans with AJ’s next opponent after Wilder’s loss – latest

BRITISH mogul Anthony Joshua put on a masterclass that forced Otto Wallin's corner to pull the Swede out after five dominant rounds in Riyadh.

However there was a big shock in the co-main, with Deontay Wilder BLOWING the prospect of his AJ fight after being battered to defeat by Joseph Parker.

And it could mean a new opponent will be lined up for Anthony Joshua which Eddie Hearn has all but confirmed.

  • Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller – Round 6

Oof! Huge right from Daniel Dubois to open the round. You could see the sweat fly off Jarrell Miller's head. Surely a connection like that would have felled most fighters, but not Miller.

The American doesn't care how many punches he eats. He's still barrelling forward but not with a great deal of threat, or balance even.

  • Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller – Round 5

Jarrell Miller talking trash in the ring now, not 100% sure if that's a sign of confidence or desperation from the 335lbs American heavyweight.

Miller is turning the screw a touch, opening up a bit and throwing more punches than in any of the previous rounds. Again, not sure if those are the wild swings of a gassed fighter.

They both look knackered, neither are landing with much snap or conviction. Miller in particular doesn't seem to have any power in any of his punches.

  • Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller – Round 4

I'm fairly confident that Daniel Dubois is ahead on points.

He's landing the cleaner shots, and plenty of them but Big Baby Miller is just absorbing everything and continues to advance.

I can see a point where Dubois gets frustrated and potentially gasses when trying harder and harder to land that decisive blow.

  • Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller – Round 3

    This is pure, unadulterated chaos.

Daniel Dubois is sticking to his traditional style, staying behind his jab and seeing more success in this round. It's not the same story for Jarrell Miller, who just ploughs forward like a raging bull with the odd wild swinging right from the depths.

Don't forget, 100lbs difference between these two.

  • Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller – Round 2

Again, not insightful but Jarrell Miller's shorts are right up to his chest. He continues with his strategy of absorbing the punches and walking forward.

Daniel Dubois has enjoyed some success with his body punches, but he's struggling to get anything through those colossal arms of Miller. One jab does slip through and that looked to have got American's attention.

Boom! Jarrell Miller finally opens up in the final 20 seconds of the round, dropping his guard and swinging. He connected with a couple - including a decent right hook.

  • Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller - Round 1

It's not exactly insightful but good grief - these guys are huge. Making that ring look tiny.

The first round has gone exactly as predicted. Daniel Dubois is throwing virtually ALL the punches while Jarrell Miller is trying to walk him down and drag him into the latter rounds.

Dubois having to use energy pushing Big Baby backwards, but those punches are still landing and look heavy.

  • Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller

Everyone has been predicting that this fight will steal the show. Let's see if it delivers.

And if the fighters weren't nervous enough, Cristiano Ronaldo has entered the arena to take his seat ringside. Seeing as I seem to be discussing what everyone's wearing -- he's in a green jacket. You're welcome.

  • Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller

Here he comes! Jarrell 'Big Baby' Miller is entering the ring now. He's wearing a black... what do they call it... like a plastic dressing down with a hood. I'm sure I've done him a disservice there, but I'm no fashionista.

Daniel Dubois follows shortly after in a sleeveless number. He's got plenty to prove tonight have been branded a quitter during that loss to Oleksandr Usyk.

  • On paper

I know, I know... boxing isn't played on paper. That's not an expression but I'm rolling with it.

Daniel Dubois is the odds-on 2/5 favourite for a reason. His last outing was against unified champion Oleksandr Usyk in Poland, where that controversial low blow argument still rumbles on. He's also mixed it with the likes of Joe Joyce and Trevor Bryan.

American Miller last fought in March, when he stopped Lucas Browne. But... he's an absolute lump that weighed in 100lbs heavier than Dubois at 335lbs.

Folks, he's heavier than giant Nikolai Valuev ever was!

  • TB on AJ

Probably looking at around 10.30pm for Anthony Joshua tonight, folks.

  • Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller

"He's never boxed a real class heavyweight," says Eddie Hearn of his best friend Jarrell Miller.

"Jarrell Miller is like a huge mattress with arms, he absorbs everything," adds Tony Bellew.

Not the most favourable reviews of Big Baby Miller ahead of this contest. Bellew cannot stress enough how much punishment Miller is capable of taking before attacking in the later rounds.

He thinks Daniel Dubois has to attack, and attack early.

That reminding anyone else of when Homer starts his boxing career in The Simpsons?

  • Playing for time

I'm not sure they were expecting the opening four fights to be done and dusted so quickly. Lots of analysis and chatting but there's no sign of Jarrell Miller or Daniel Dubois yet.

Feels like when they chat in the studio to delay an FA Cup draw.

  • Stunned

Not many are capable of stunning Jarrell Miller into silence, and NOBODY expected mild-mannered Daniel Dubois to be the one that did it.

But, it happened during the press conference earlier this week.

Dubois's notorious for… how do I put this… being an introvert and not spouting much trash talk.

But he came out with this pearl to send the place wild: "I only have a few things to say to Jarrell.

"Yo! Big Baby! Every baby has a daddy. And I’m going to beat you like your daddy!”

OK, everyone's saying he'd practiced that all week. He probably did. And I'm okay with it.

  • Big Baby Miller

    Let's face it, he's blockbuster.

Jarrell Miller has stolen the show during the build-up by virtue of being capable of having a fight in an empty room.

He took to Anthony Joshua at every available opportunity, and wasn't afraid to take a shot or two at promoter Eddie Hearn.

It's easy to get behind this guy, but there's conflicting opinions given he tested positive for various banned substances before his cancelled fight with AJ.

He's served his time, but should he be allowed back? That's one to argue amongst yourselves. All I know is that he's back and weighs 100lb more than Daniel Dubois.

  • Look who's here

Nice to see WBC light-welterweight champion Devin Haney joining us tonight.

He recently earned a unanimous points victory over Regis Prograis to win the belt after vacating his 135lb WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO belts in November to move up a weight class.

  • The trailer

If I haven't got you sufficiently hyped, you might want to check out the trailer they made for tonight, which has been dubbed as the 'Day of Reckoning'.

I will warn you that it features Frank Warren playing a zombie in a getaway van with Deontay Wilder, and Eddie Hearn flicking his cigar ash into a floating head.

*Checks notes* that can't be right?

Anyway, check it out if you haven't seen it - only cost around £5million to make…

  • Frank approves

  • Agit Kabayel beats Arslanbek Makhmudov by TKO

Arslanbek Makhmudov is down! A sickening body shot from Kabayel takes the Russian to his knees. He recovers with two minutes left of the Round and looks to have nothing left in the tank.

Down again! A carbon-copy of that first body shot sends Makhmudov down again. He's swinging wildly but the referee has seen enough!

That was easy for him. Far too easy. The German winner was a 6/1 underdog for this one.

  • Arslanbek Makhmudov vs Agit Kabayel

What a fight this is! Everyone's been talking about how scary Arslanbek Makhmudov looks, and they are right, but underdog and European champion Agit Kabayel is showing plenty of fight!

Kabayel had Makhmudov wobbling in the third, but the Russian appears to be made of granite.

  • What's happened?

So three of these fights have already been and gone, and they were entertaining enough.

Frank Sanchez remains undefeated having beaten Junior Fa. The Cuban heavyweight cleaned him out in the sixth and that was all she wrote.

Filip Hrgovic barely broke sweat after securing a 1st round TKO victory after beating Mark de Mori, who had absolutely no business being in the ring with someone of Hrgovic's standard.

Australian Jai Opetaia made very, very short work of Ellis Zorro in round ONE. Bang. It was over. He's easily the best cruiserweight in the world… unless Tony Bellew fancies returning.

  • What a difference

Yes, what a difference a week makes.

Last weekend I was covering Jake Paul's 'fight' against the lesser-spotted Andre August from a hotel in Florida.

This week, it's probably the biggest and best card that's ever been out together. You never quite know what you're going to get in this game.

  • What's on?

Just a few bits and pieces, really. But here's the full card for those of you living under rocks.

    • Anthony Joshua vs Otto Wallin
    • Deontay Wilder vs Joseph Parker
    • Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller
    • Dmitry Bivol vs Lyndon Arthur
    • Arslanbek Makhmudov vs Agit Kabayel

The ring-walks for the main event should be around 10.30pm, but… it's boxing. Give or take 30 minutes on that.

  • Evening

What a night in prospect here, folks.

16 boxers, eight fights and six of Ring Magazine's top 10 heavyweights will be in action at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia tonight.

Anthony Joshua takes on Otto Wallin in the main event. Deontay Wilder faces former world champion Joseph Parker in the co-main event.

That not enough for you? How about the likes of Daniel Dubois vs Jarrell Miller and Dmitry Bivol vs Lyndon Arthur knocking seven bells out of each other as part of a stacked undercard?

Make no bones about it -- this is going to be mega. Stick with us while the mayhem unfolds.

  • Tale of the tape

Once upon a time, Anthony Joshua was the face of boxing - and he still is in some eyes.

But surprisingly, Otto Wallin has a better career record than the British icon and he has only had one fight less.

  • Writing on the Wallin

Otto Wallin is also going into this match of the back of a huge win against Murat Gassiev which saw his record move to 26-1.

Wallin won a split decision after 12 brilliant rounds.

And the result saw him become the WBA Inter-Continental champ.
