Panicked Forest and Bournemouth medics race onto pitch as Adam Smith suffers horror injury after clash of heads
CONCERNED Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest fans watched in shock after Adam Smith suffered a concerning injury.
Smith clashed heads with Forest ace Ryan Yates inside the Cherries' box in the fifth minute of stoppage time.
The Bournemouth ace came off worse in the collision and medics from both Premier League sides rushed to the pitch.
But thankfully both players were fine and play continued just three minutes later.
The right-back helped Andoni Iraola's side pick up a massive 3-2 victory at the City Ground.
The 32-year-old was also the subject of controversy as he participated in Willy Boly's controversial red card.

Boly went for a tackle in the 23rd minute and got the ball before Smith stepped on his ankle and fell to the ground.
The referee then deemed the centre-back had committed a dangerous tackle and sent him off with a second yellow red.
Nottingham, though, opened the scoring with Anthony Elanga's finisher in the 47th minute.
However, Bournemouth used their numerical advantage and got two goals by Dominic Solanke in just seven minutes.
Forest equalised with Chris Wood on 74 minutes and looked set to pick up their first point under new manager Nuno Espirito Santo, who replaced Steve Cooper.
However, Solanke completed his hat-trick in the fourth minute of stoppage time following an assist from Smith.
Forest are now 17th in the Premier League table with only two points separating them from the relegation zone.
