You would want an aerial threat like the United striker in the box to attack the goal.

The replay shows it was a poor decision by Anthony Taylor as it bounced up off the player's chest.

He drops his shoulder and manages to cut onto his right foot.
The United striker gets a good shot away but Tickle is equal to it with a great save.

13. Wan-Bissaka plays the ball forward to Hojlund but he is dispossessed all too easily by the hosts.
Maloney's side are striding forward with an air of confidence.

Aasgaard does well to hold the ball up as Tickle goes long.

As the cross came in, United win the header but it loops up high in the air and is a routine catch under the crossbar.
Wigan counter and are able to stride into the Man Utd box once again but Mainoo makes a good challenge.

Man Utd are seeing the lion's share of possession as you would expect.

They had plenty of space and Aasgaard was unmarked at the back post.
