Mikel Arteta's men have suffered a dip in form over the festive period, picking up just one point from games against Liverpool, West Ham and Fulham.

And the drop to fourth place in the Premier League table is leading to much speculation about who could arrive at the Emirates - with Brentford striker Ivan Toney being heavily linked.

However, are reporting there are also a trio of potential departures in the mid-season window.

They are midfielder Mohamed Elneny and full-backs Cedric Soares and Nuno Tavares.

Elneny, 31, whose contract expires in the summer, has started just one game so far this season as he continues to be used as a bit-part player behind Declan Rice and Jorginho.

Cedric, 32, has also started just one match in the 2023/24 campaign and is behind Ben White and Takehiro Tomisayu when it comes to Arteta's choice of right-backs.

He is another who will become a free agent in the summer.

And Tavares, 23, has spent this season on loan at Nottingham Forest - although he has not featured since September.

All three Arsenal outcasts have reportedly attracted interest from "numerous clubs", with the North London outfit now seeing them as assets that can be used to raise additional funds.

Elneny is linked with Saudi Arabia, while Cedric is being monitored by Besiktas and Trabzonspor.

But Arsenal are keen to keep hold of Englishman Smith Rowe, 23.

The attacker has only started two games since the beginning of LAST season.

Yet despite being plagued by injury, Arteta looks set to stick with the academy prospect.

Smith Rowe has scored 18 goals and provided 12 assists in 107 games for the Gunners.
