He's a really really good player. He's got an unbelievable attitude. He's been at the club since the age of eight. He performs so well on a daily basis, does everything right. I think he's got a good chance.
John TerryAmazing Alfie
Alfie Gilchrist, 20 years old and already being compared to John Terry.
He was sensational for Chelsea yesterday and we will be seeing much more of him.

Unai Emery speaks
A lot of Saturday's talk was about how Newcastle thrashed Sunderland and how Chelsea destroyed Preston.
But Aston Villa are also quietly going about their business as they beat Middlesbrough to keep battling on three front this season.
The first target is to be consistent through the Premier League and then to try be consistent in the Conference League and the FA Cup
Unai EmeryOw no
Jurgen Klopp will have to deal without another defensive minded player for the trip to Arsenal today.
Owen Beck is unavailable for the Emirates clash as he is serving a one-match ban which relates to his time in Scotland.

Don't take the Mik
Mikel Arteta has won the FA Cup as a player and a manager for Arsenal
But this might be one of the biggest hurdles he will have to overcome this season, if the Spaniard is to do it again.
A new work of Art
Alll eyes will be on Mikel Arteta's men as they welcome Liverpool to the Emirates TODAY and the boss believes there should be a major change in the FA Cup schedule.
When asked if the Football Association should consider pulling the plug on replays, Arteta, whose side will also contest a rejigged Champions League next season if they finish in the top four, said:
Arteta said: "We will see what happens because with the new format of the Champions League, there will be more games (to play) so I don't know how we are going to fit them in.
"The (mini) break will be minimal and we have plans for both scenarios. We want to win the game and we will try to win the game, but that (cancelling replays) has to be considered."

Every team's main objective this weekend is to be in the hat for the fourth-round draw and SunSport can tell you when it is.
Newcastle, Chelsea and Aston Villa will all be there just to name a few.
But will your team be joining them?
Head on over to SunSport's official fourth-round draw explainer for all the latest updates on when it takes place.
Awful kit-clash...
Fans were left fuming by an awful kit-clash in the Wear-tyne derby between Newcastle and Sunderland.
Both teams were wearing their stripey home kits, red and white and black and white respectively, but fans could hardly tell the difference.
It was the first time the rivals had met in the last eight years, and Newcastle clearly had no trouble spotting their own players on the pitch as they stormed to a 3-0 victory in a full-blooded clash.
Gilchrist stole the show
Alfie Gilchrist stole the show on his first Chelsea start in the right-back spot, covering for the absent Reece James.
Mudryk failed to light up the game, despite some positive moments.
You can check out all of the match ratings here, bought to you by SunSport's Henry Tomlinson and Jon West.
Third times a charm!
That is three wins on the bounce for Mauricio Pochettino's Chelsea, and the feeling is starting to return to Stamford Bridge. They haven't been the toughest of games, against Luton Town, Crystal Palace and tonight's opponents, but a win is a win, and you can only beat what is put in front of you.
Things might just be starting to click for Todd Boehly's big spending Blues...

Newcastle cruise past Sunderland
It was a full-blooded game as Newcastle made the short trip to Sunderland for the Wear-tyne derby.
A Daniel Ballard own-goal in the 35th minute broke the deadlock, before Alexander Isak doubled the scoring on the 46th minute.
He then added a second at the death to secure his brace and wrap up the game.
It was business as expected for Newcastle, and the Champions League side showed their class against Championship opposition.
Villa snatch a winner against Boro
Aston Villa snatched a last-gasp winner against Carabao Cup semi-finalists Middlesbrough thanks to Matty Cash.
Cash scored in the 87th minute to finally get the better of the hosts to earn his side a first win in the FA Cup since 2016 at a rocking Riverside stadium.
Villa were dominant throughout, and felt they should have had a penalty earlier in the game, but eventually got past their tough Championship opposition.
