JAMIE CARRAGHER'S son has left Wigan on loan as he aims to gain more game time.
James Carragher, 21, has made the switch to Inverness CT for the remainder of the season.
The promising defender spent part of last season on loan at Oldham Atheltic.
He made five appearances for the National League side, but his spell at Boundary Park was cut short due to injury.
Since returning to Wigan, Carragher has featured for the club's U21s side.
However, he has only featured for the senior team in the Bristol Street Motor's Trophy in November.
