Sergio Reguilon in talks over Premier League switch just days after Man Utd terminated loan transfer from Tottenham
TOTTENHAM outcast Sergio Reguilon is in talks with Brentford over a potential loan transfer, according to reports.
The left-back spent the first half of the season on loan at Manchester United before he was sent back to North London.
Erik ten Hag signed Reguilon as cover for the injured Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia but felt he was no longer needed after the former returned to fitness.
Now the left-back could be on the move once again with Brentford in talks over a loan deal, report the .
Thomas Frank appears keen to sign a left-back having targeted Marseille's Renan Lodi and Leicester star Luke Thomas, whose loan at Sheffield United was cancelled earlier this month.
Reguilon, 27, has found himself surplus to requirements at Tottenham over the last 18 months.

He spent last season on loan at Atletico Madrid but was not able to convince Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou that he was deserving of a place in his team last summer.
Borussia Dortmund had also shown interest in Reguilon - but that was before they signed Chelsea ace Ian Maatsen.
Meanwhile Brentford could have a busy transfer window with Ivan Toney being eyed by several Premier League rivals.
Frank has warned off potential suitors by declaring the striker not for sale, but Chelsea could make a bid.
