AARON WAN-BISSAKA is set to miss Manchester United's trip to face Aston Villa this weekend.
The 26-year-old has been plagued with injuries this season, and picked up a problem before United's FA Cup win against Neport County.
Wan-Bissaka subsequently missed the Red Devils' wins over Wolves and West Ham in the league, but returned to training this week.
However Erik ten Hag has now revealed that the Englishman had to pull out of training on Thursday.
Despite trying to return to the fold, Wan-Bissaka was forced to withdraw after struggling with his injury.
Ten Hag explained: "Aaron Wan-Bissaka today was training but then he dropped out.

"So I don't know in this moment where he is, what the diagnosis is, hopefully not too bad."
The full-back has already missed 12 games this season through injury and now could be sidelined for even longer.
It adds even more injury woes to a growing list for Erik ten Hag who lost Lisandro Martinez during his side's 3-0 victory over West Ham last weekend.
Ten Hag explained his frustration at losing Martinez, who had only just made his return from a long-term absence.

He added: "You see his contribution to the team when he's playing. Apart from his technical skills, he also bring mentality in the team but it's a big setback for Licha.
"He's very disappointed about it but he's a fighter. He will be back and he will be stronger.
"We think he can be back by the end of the season, still games to play.
"As a squad, we have to replace him and we have very good players in that position who can play there, will play there and will perform there. As a squad, we have to deal with it."
Mason Mount and Tyrell Malacia are also out of action for United's trip to Villa Park on Sunday.
