Writing in the caption, Tracey explained her joy at the results to her 21,900 followers.
She wrote: "I’ve been having this filler for years but the build up had caused my chin to start collapsing as it was so full!
"I thought I’d just started getting a double chin from all the chocolate I’d been stuffing in over Christmas but Maisie reassured me this wasn’t the case and my chin just couldn’t hold what was in there.
"So our best option was to dissolve the filler and start again honestly, it was the strangest thing having what felt like no chin for two weeks whilst all the filler dissolved.

"I felt like a turtle for the first week but soon got used to it and actually started enjoying seeing my own chin again!
"However, I like that bit of extra definition so we went back in again with minimal filler to define and sharpen my chin and I LOVE it.
"So natural looking and wayyy more structured than it was before. Sometimes less really is more."
The presenter has become a fan favourite amongst horse racing viewers.
Tracey regularly hosts coverage from up and down the country for Sky Sports and At The Races.
