  • WrestleMania 40 main-event contenders

WrestleMania 40 will be a two-night event that will take place on April 6 and 7 at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

It is certain that the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship Match between titleholder Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will headline night two.

That poses as a guarantee especially with the involvement of WWE legend and Hollywood superstar Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.

However, night one is up for grabs and there are three major matches that make a strong case for the main-event spot.

Those are World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins vs Drew McIntyre, WWE Women's Champion IYO SKY vs Bayeley and Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley vs Becky Lynch.

  • CM Punk return timeline

CM Punk revealed he may not return to a WWE ring for another six to eight months.

I'm like an old car. I'm like a 72 Nova, you know what I mean? We have to change some parts every now and again.

So once we fix up all the parts, the engine's still strong, we'll still be good to go.

We're thinking maybe six to eight months, but I'm not really in a rush to get back to compete.

I'm in a rush to get healthy. I'm in a rush to get better.

The sooner I do that, the better I'll be when I come back.

  • Initial CM Punk plans

CM Punk is currently treating a heartbreaking torn triceps injury and didn't travel to Perth for Elimination Chamber.

According to PWInsider, however, Punk was initially scheduled to win the Men's Elimination Chamber Match.

The Best in the World lost the Men's Royal Rumble Match to Cody Rhodes last month.

But the six-time world champion was set to prevail in Australia and challenge World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollin at WrestleMania 40.

  • Randy Orton ambition

Randy Orton revealed he would love to have another world title reign and face legendary rival John Cena once more at WrestleMania, however he insists there is only one greater ambition he has.

I'd love to [..] win that championship another time. I'd love to wrestle John Cena at WrestleMania.

But those aren't my biggest goals. My goal is to never take one second of this for granted. That's my number-one priority

I'm blessed, and I don't take that for granted. I'm still maturing, I'm still getting my confidence back, and I feel like the best is still yet to come.

  • Bronson Reed explains absence

Bronson Reed revealed there were plans for him to compete in his homeland of Australia at Elimination Chamber but they were ultimately scrapped.

Reed, though, insists things turned out for the best as he and his wife welcomed their child which was born earlier than expected.

Full Disclosure: Originally, I was set to be at Elimination Chamber. It would have been an incredible moment. Unfortunately, plans changed.

But everything happens for a reason. My wife and I have had our baby early, I was supposed to miss the PLE to make sure I'm here for my family.

Thank you for all your support. To all my friends and family who have reached out. To Triple H for guiding me. Now I'm not just BIG... I AM BIG, POPPA!

  • What's next for Logan Paul?

US Champion Logan Paul came up short during the Men's Elimination Chamber Match in Perth.

Paul was eliminated by Randy Orton, who took him out with a thunderous RKO.

The Maverick, though, wasn't done there as he came back to knock Orton out with a pair of brass knucks.

This comes amid the YouTuber's heated rivalry with Kevin Owens, who also competed in the match in Australia.

Therefore, the 28-year-old may defend his title in a Triple Threat Match against Owens and Orton at WrestleMania 40.
