It is not the first time that Dier has 'done a Steve McClaren' since joining Bayern.

The defender's accent appeared to be different after he made his debut for the club back in January.

Dier spent ten years at Tottenham after joining from Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon in 2014.

The defender was born in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire but moved to Portugal in 2001 and joined Sporting's academy in 2003.
