MANCHESTER UNITED fans have raised doubts over the proposed move for Benfica star Joao Neves.
The youngster has caught the eye of several big European clubs with his performances in Portugal this season, including Manchester City.
But his talent comes with a big price tag and Sir Jim Ratcliffe has reportedly approved a £105million bid for the defensive midfielder.
The Mirror claim Neves will be one of United's main transfer targets this summer after receiving the green light from Ratcliffe.
But fans are concerned Neves may not be the most suitable option given his lack of Premier League experience.
Neves, 19, has just 66 professional appearancs to his name for club and country having only broken into the Benfica first-team last season.
