Ronaldo, 47, picked his ultimate Premier League for Paddy Power with some legends of the game making the cut.

In particular, the former Real Madrid and Inter Milan star seems to be a fan of Manchester United.

He selected Peter Schmeichel between the sticks, Gary Neville for right back, David Beckham for right wing with Ryan Giggs in left wing and Cristiano Ronaldo up front.

Other football legends to make the line-up were Arsenal's Sol Campbell, Patrick Viera and Thierry Henry.

Fans were not happy about the World Cup winner's selection after he snubbed any Liverpool or Manchester City's players getting a spot.

One fan said: "No stevie g .....Beckham has no right to be on the team."
