Paige Spiranac earns staggering FOUR TIMES more per social media post than golf’s world No1 Scottie Scheffler

GOLF influencer Paige Spiranac is making serious bank from her social media career.

Paige has cultivated a mighty following of four millions followers on Instagram.

Meanwhile, world golf No1 Scheffler has 676,000 followers.

And this means the 27-year-old golf superstar gives up a fair bit to Paige in terms of social media revenue per post.

In fact, research from suggests Paige, 30, earns as much as FOUR TIMES more per post.

The study estimates that Paige earns between $8,477 (£6,692) to $12,716 (£10,000) per post.

Scheffler, on the other hand, earns $2,000 (£1,578) to $3,000 (£2,368) per post.

Not that Scheffler will be too worried, given that he has won a cool $8.5million (£6.7m) in prize money in the last two weeks for winning his last two tournaments including the Players Championship.

The research method for the data factors in engagement rate per post, extras for the type of post, and additional considerations.

It concluded that on average golf influencers make $2,000 to $12,716 per post.

Another PGA Tour golfer, Chris Kirk was found to earn between $140 and $211 per post, owing to him having an Instagram following of 20,200 followers.

The total data found that the average Tour Pro player can command around $994 per post, while the average influencer - including names such as Grace Charis - can earn charge around $4,837.
