And the new shirt number brought the 29-year-old fortune as he helped Portugal win 5-2.
Bruma came on as a second-half substitute as he replaced Rafael Leao.
And the Portuguese ace hit the back of the net in the 57th minute following an assist from Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes.
Fernandes also made it to the scoresheet as did Manchester City ace Matheus Nunes.
