WEST BROM are ready to smash their transfer record with a £20million bid for Bournemouth hitman Callum Wilson.
But Baggies’ offer may still not be enough after Cherries chief Eddie Howe rejected their initial approach for the Coventry-born 24-year-old.

Pulis wants a powerful frontman to go alongside Venezuelan Salomon Rondon — the club’s current record buy at £12m from Zenit St Petersburg 18 months ago.
Wilson missed most of last season with a knee injury and has not been a regular starter recently for Bournemouth.
But he signed a new four-year deal in the summer and Howe does not want to lose him.
