THE World's Strongest Man is right around the corner as the competition gears up for its return at Myrtle Beach.
Dating back to 1977 the spectacle is sure to attract eyes from around the globe to see who will take the title of the World's Strongest Man.
Fans will be excited to see the return of Canadian Mitchell Hooper who not only lifted the heaviest weights but also the trophy above his head to become the champion in 2023.
While Brit Tom Stoltman will be hoping to return to win his third title after Hooper denied him a three-peat last year.
Fans who are excited for the imminent contest will disappointed to learn there won't be any live television coverage of the event.
However, we'll be bringing you a live blog with all the action from the final day at Myrtle Beach.
What is the World's Strongest Man 2024 prize money?
While the exact prize fund for this year's competition isn't known it is expected to be more than it has been in previous years.
Reports suggested that 2020's first place winner pocketed $52,600 (£42,000) while the prize pot in the following year is said to have more than doubled to an incredible $146,000 (£116,600).
