STUART BINGHAM pulled off another incredible feat at the World Snooker Championships - by catching a fly mid-frame.

The 47-year-old faced Jak Jones in the semi-finals on Thursday following his stunning upset of Ronnie O'Sullivan.

And mid-match, he showed his reflexes are just as incredible as his ability to sink shots by catching a fly buzzing around the table.

Bingham got frustrated with the bug flying around and caught it in his right hand with a burst of speed and hand-eye coordination.

After realising what he'd done, fans in attendance at The Crucible burst into laughter before quickly falling silent for him to resume play.

Even the commentators were taken aback, with one saying: "Good catch. Nothing wrong with his reflexes either, John."

The clip of Bingham's fly-catching went viral and blew the minds of snooker fans around the world, with one saying: "Ice cold."

Another said with a fire emoji: "Stuart Bingham."

And another said: "Nurturing."

One remarked: "Good catch doesn't kill."

RONNIE O’SULLIVAN’S snooker career almost went up in smoke after buying “too much weed and Smirnoff.”

O’Sullivan ballooned to 16st on vodka and takeaways as a troubled teen, while “puffing like a maniac”.

Then, after turning his life around, he even saw his form decline after doing to TOO MUCH exercise.

Now right back to his best, the seven-time world champion has opened up on his struggles.

Bingham's fly-catching was arguably his best moment of the semi as he blew a 3-0 lead against Jones.

2015 champion Bingham racked up the first frame and then turned in breaks of 76 and 94 to race into a 3-0 lead.

But he was left ruing a missed blue to the middle pocket, which ended up being the catalyst for Jones' fightback.

And Welshman held his nerve to eventually level the match 4-4.

The duo's best-of-33 tie will resume this afternoon, kicking off at 2:30pm.
