ASTON VILLA are interested in Giovani Lo Celso.
The Argie star, 28, is likely to be sold by Tottenham this summer.
He has a year left on his contract and was used sparingly by boss Ange Postecoglou this season.
The midfielder is understood to be open to leaving and several clubs are eyeing a move for him.
Villa’s Spanish chief Unai Emery is a big fan of Lo Celso.
Emery had him on loan during 2022 while boss of Villarreal, before leaving to take the Villa Park job.

Lo Celso’s old club Real Betis, who he left to join Spurs for £27million in 2019, would love him back.
But there are questions over whether the LaLiga side could finance a deal.
Spurs' No18 has made just 108 appearances in five years since signing for the North Londoners.
He has scored 10 goals in that time, also laying on eight assists.

The Argentina regular spent 18 months on loan at Villarreal between January 2022 and the summer of 2023.
He played 51 times for the LaLiga side before being given another chance at Spurs following Postecoglou's arrival.
During his stint with Villarreal he helped them reach the Champions League semi-finals.
