Luke Littler ‘has Mike Tyson-style fear factor’ as darts legend names player who ‘could knock him down a peg or two’
He shares a key skill with Iron Mike
LUKE LITTLER has been compared to Mike Tyson by a former world champion.
Darts legend Dennis Priestley has heaped praise on the teenage sensation following his meteoric rise.
Littler, 17, has continued to impress on the big stage after reaching the semi-finals of the PDC World Darts Championship in January.
His latest triumph saw the Nuke win the Premier League on debut, even hitting a nine-darter in the final.
Two-time world champion Priestley has now likened Littler to boxing icon Tyson.
The Menace told BestAnonymousCasinos, via : “Luke Littler will already be a millionaire thanks to his prize money as well as all the sponsorship deals he has been signing outside of darts which is just remarkable.
“He’s done all this just within six months, he has been the fastest millionaire darts player of all time and probably the fastest millionaire in all of sport, at the age of just 17.
“Luke Littler has exploded onto the scene like a young Mike Tyson, who would often defeat his opponents on fear alone.
“There is that fear factor around Littler already, which stems from the way he plays and wins.”
Priestley enjoyed a friendly rivalry with his pal Phil Taylor during their careers and he feels the Power could have beaten Littler at his peak.

He added: “Watching Luke Littler, Phil Taylor would love to be young again because he has that mindset that means he loves to overcome obstacles.
“A young Phil Taylor would’ve been good enough to knock Littler down a peg or two.”
As well as winning the Premier League, Littler also triumphed in his maiden EuroTour, ProTour and World Series events this year.
He also hit a nine-darter at his first appearance across each competition.
Inside Littler's massive rise
LUKE LITTLER has taken the darts world by storm since exploding onto the scene at the PDC World Championship.
The Nuke reached the final on his Ally Pally debut at just 16 years of age – smashing records along the way.
He has since joined Jude Bellingham on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list.
And the teenage titan even had to snub an invite from the WWE.
The Sun exclusively revealed that Littler is plotting to create a fitness empire.
He is also cashing in away from the Oche thanks to an Instagram side hustle.
And he’s even the face of a brand new cereal.
The wonderkid has now cemented his place among the tungsten elite by winning the Premier League Darts final – and the £275k top prize.

The teenager is currently enjoying a well-earned break from the oche, though.
After competing in the US Darts Masters in New York City, Littler jetted off to Universal Orlando with his girlfriend Eloise.
The trip meant he skipped last weekend’s Nordic Darts Masters, which saw Gerwyn Price triumph in the final.
