CHELSEA have discussed including Nicolas Jackson as part of any deal for Newcastle's Alexander Isak.
The Blues have enquired about the availability of the Swedish striker, who is valued at over £100million.
Given the fee being demanded, a deal is unlikely to happen without any players moving the other way - and Jackson has been suggested.
The Senegal international, 23, endured a turbulent first season at Stamford Bridge, but did end the campaign with 17 goals and six assists in all competitions - bagging four in his last five Premier League games.
Jackson has been considered an important figure for the future at Chelsea, but could have to be sacrificed should a deal for Isak become possible.
Despite facing financial issues around profit and sustainability rules, Newcastle are reluctant to sell such an important player.
