MAYRA BUENO SILVA was left with a horror movie-esque cut on her head thanks to a vicious elbow from opponent Macy Chiasson.
The recent women's bantamweight title challenger threw down Chiasson on a stacked UFC 303 card in Las Vegas.
Bueno Silva looked to bounce back from her January defeat to current champion Raquel Pennington.
But she ended up suffering a second straight loss thanks to a perfectly placed elbow from Chiasson in the second round.
Chiasson landed a sickening blow when she was in the Brazilian's full guard.
Blood immediately began to pour from Bueno Silva's head, although the severity of the gash wasn't evident until she returned to her feet.
