ITV's Matt Chapman runs you through the cards with his racing tips for a busy Saturday, with meets at Ascot, Haydock and Wincanton

The ITV4 cameras are at Ascot, Haydock and Wincanton Saturday, and there are a few nice winners to be had and a few short priced animals that look hard to beat.

Let's start at Ascot, and the 1.50pm is a Grade 2 novice chase over nearly 3m. On ratings there is only one winner, and that's ARPEGE D'ALENE, who is miles better than the rest of them and my nap of the day. He has been chasing well recently, and can prove too good for champion Paul Nicholls.
The 2.25pm at Ascot is also over nearly 3m, but this time a Listed handicap chase. I like O'FAOLAINS BOY, a former Cheltenham winner who is being prepared for the Grand National by Rebecca Curtis. He's been off the track a long time but is well handicapped, and it's interesting he appears just after the National weights are out.
Much tougher is the 3.00pm at Ascot, a near 2m4f handicap hurdle with a big field. I like a few quid eachway here on MAN OF PLENTY, who is exposed off a mark of 122 but has a nice racing weight and stays well. He put up a fine effort at Cheltenham last time and may hit the frame. Pray 16 runners remain for eachway 1-2-3-4.
TEMPLEGATE'S TV TIPS FOR SATURDAY
Finally at Ascot it's the Grade 1 Ascot Chase over 2m5f, and to be quite honest CUE CARD will win bar a fall. So that's that!
