FOOTBALL fans were fuming over ITV's camera angle for England's clash with Netherlands at Euro 2024.

Gareth Southgate's men took on the Dutch in Dortmund on Wednesday evening as they eyed a second successive Euros final.

But viewers were left furious from kick-off due to the camera angle being so zoomed out.

One social media user said: "The camera angle in this stadium is bit naff…"

Another added: "Nosebleed camera angle for #NEDENG should come with a vertigo warning."

While a third replied: "This camera angle needs binning."

And a fourth responded: "Compensation for last night’s main camera angle in Munich, which was ever so slightly too low, with a camera angle in Dortmund that is ever so slightly too high."

England came into their clash with Netherlands knowing they needed to break their ITV curse.

As per the Times, since 1996 there have been 31 England matches broadcast solely on the channel.

But only NINE of them have resulted in victory, with England drawing 12 and losing the remaining ten.

And the ITV record looks even bleaker when put up against the numbers from the BBC.

However, 21 of those games have ended in victory.

Two were draws, while the other six were defeats.
