KASPER SCHMEICHEL has secured a reunion with Brendan Rodgers after signing for Celtic.
The 37-year-old goalkeeper has penned a one-year contract at Parkhead to replace Joe Hart after the ex-England stopper retired at the end of last season.

Now he is back in the UK and aiming to add more silverware to his collection under Rodgers after lifting the 2021 FA Cup and subsequent FA Community Shield at Leicester together.
Schmeichel, who has 105 caps for Denmark and helped them to reach the last-16 of Euro 2024, said: “Celtic is one of the world’s proper football clubs, a massive name and a place of real passion and success.
“Celtic is what football is all about."
