TOM DALEY celebrated Olympic silver in front of his children and husband - having been convinced to carry on by his family.
Daley and Noah Williams were beaten only by China's dominant duo of Yang Hao and Lian Junjie in the men's synchronised finals.
The Team GB superstar became a FIVE-TIME Olympic medallist.
And he was cheered on by sons Robbie and Phoenix as well as American movie producer husband Dustin Lance Black.
Daley revealed it was his eldest, six-year-old Robbie, who pleaded with him to carry on diving after winning gold and bronze in Tokyo in 2021.
He told BBC Sport: “It’s just so special, this time last year, deciding to come back not knowing if I would make the synchronised team, let alone make the sport for the Olympics.

“Then to be here, diving in Paris, in front of my son, who is just right there, who asked me to come back, it’s just so special, and it completes the set - I now have one of every colour.”
Daley and Black - who got married in 2017 - keep their two boys largely out of the public.
But both wore tops with dad Daley on them as Black joined mother-in-law Debbie in the Paris stands.
Daley and Lee were superb throughout, never faltering as they scored 463.44.

But Lian and Hao recorded the best dive in EVERY round, with six brilliant routines to record a stunning 490.35 and with Canada’s Rylan Wiens and Nathan Zsombor-Murray third.
Daley now has a full house of Olympic medals after his Tokyo golds and bronzes from Japan, Rio and London.
