A total of four managers have been sacked in the 2024/25 campaign with Manchester United's Erik ten Hag the first casualty back in October following a 2-1 defeat to the Hammers.
Less than a month later Steve Cooper was relieved of his duties at Leicester, before Wolves' Gary O'Neil and Southampton's Russell Martin were both axed on December 15th.
This season has already seen a bigger overhaul than the entirety of the 2023/24 campaign where only three Premier League managers were sacked - Paul Heckingbottom (Sheffield United), Steve Cooper (Nottingham Forest) and Roy Hodgson (Crystal Palace).
But there are likely to be more changes on the horizon in such a competitive season, and William Hill think Lopetegui is the most likely to be sent packing.

The Hammers are sat in 14th position with five wins from their 17 games and a -8 goal difference, leaving them closer to the relegation zone than the European places.
They are also about to embark on a tricky run of fixtures that sees them play Southampton, Liverpool, Manchester City and Fulham.

William Hill spokesperson, Lee Phelps, said: “Tottenham endured another calamitous showing on Sunday against Liverpool and it looks as though time may be running out for boss Ange Postecoglou.
“We’ve cut the Aussie all the way into 3/1 from 12/1 to be the next Premier League manager to leave his post – a huge shift in the market – with his future in North London hanging in the balance.
“Julen Lopetegui still leads the sack race at 6/4 but that could all change if things don’t go well for Spurs at Nottingham Forest on Boxing Day.
“Another loss for Manchester City at Aston Villa leaves Pep Guardiola at 6/1, meanwhile, as gloom lingers around the Etihad.”
