Will Kylian Mbappe play in the Uefa Super Cup?
Since Real Madrid’s Champions League triumph on June 1, they have added global megastar Kylian Mbappe to their ranks.
The former PSG man wasn’t part of the Real Madrid squad for their US pre-season tour as the 25-year-old was allowed an extended break following France’s Euro 2024 semi-final run this summer.
With that said, Mbappe is yet to make an appearance for Los Blancos, but he HAS been named in the squad for the Super Cup and is set to feature for the first time in some capacity.
Team news
Jude Bellingham has been included in the squad and is likely to feature for the first time since helping England to the Euro 2024 final earlier this summer.
David Alaba is thought to be the only player missing for Real Madrid on Wednesday night.
Atlanta’s Europa League final hero, Lookman, is set to start against the Spanish giants in Warsaw.
New signings Ben Godfrey, Nicolo Zaniolo and Ibrahim Sulemana could also feature for the Italians.
While Gianluca Scamacca (injury) and Teun Koopmeiners will not be involved.
