AFTER an incredible summer of action in Paris, kids have been inspired to take up sport.

This quiz will ask you a number of personality-based questions to determine which discipline you could thrive in.

Kids are currently keen to start a new sport after a summer packed with the Olympics, Euros and Wimbledon.

And research can now reveal that British kids have been most inspired to take up swimming, football and tennis.

A poll of 1,000 children aged six to 12 found that a whopping 83 per cent want to take up a new sport.

Of the 76 per cent of youngsters who watched the Olympics, 79 per cent want to have a go at something they saw on the tele.

And this comes as 75 per cent reckon they have enough energy to take up at least two of activity.

The research - commissioned by filled crepe makers Whaoo! - found 83 per cent of parents would like their child to get involved in sport.

However, becoming the next Keely Hodgkinson or Jude Bellingham is not without huge challenges for kids and parents.

The cost of equipment and finding the time to take their little ones to sessions are both difficulties for mums and dads.

While keeping their kids interested to the sport long-term can also be tough.
