Chelsea ‘make Jadon Sancho loan-to-buy offer to Man Utd – but Raheem Sterling not expected to be part of transfer’
Sancho's deal needs thresholds to be met to become permanent
CHELSEA have reportedly made a move to sign Jadon Sancho before the end of the transfer window.
The Blues are keen on signing another attacker before the window slams shut tonight.
Sancho, 24, is available having been left out of the squad by Erik ten Hag in both Premier League fixtures this season.
Sky Sports have now claimed that Chelsea have made an offer to take the winger to Stamford Bridge.
The report stated that the club have offered to take Sancho on loan with an obligation to buy.
It is suggested that for the deal to become permanent certain thresholds will need to be met.
Ten Hag had claimed that he expected Sancho to stay at the club past the end of the window.
He said: “As far as I know, I expect him to stay, yeah. We are happy with him.
“We need a good squad. We have to play many games until January.
“After the break we play every third day so we need options.”
However, it appears that Raheem Sterling will not be a part of the deal.
