Olympics star reveals selling photos of herself on OnlyFans has 'changed my life completely' with lucrative rewards

OLYMPIC speed skater Alexandra Ianculescu has revealed sharing photos on OnlyFans has “completely” changed her life.

The Romanian-Canadian, 32, competed in the women’s 500 metre event at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

She has since turned to road and track cycling

She retired from the sport three years ago and has taken up cycling on both the road and track.

Ianculsecu’s ambition is to earn a second Olympic appearance in her new discipline.

But while her long-term goal is to make it to the Games in Los Angeles in 2028, she is also charging £15.30 per month for access to her OnlyFans content.

And last month she explained to her 320,000 followers why she opted to start working on the website.

She said: “Why OnlyFans? I thought it would be appropriate to share this post again since I get asked about it all the time.

“Let’s start with some negative aspects. The thing is that the world will always judge you, no matter what you do.

“Regardless of the topic, you are either too much or too little, too fat or too thin, too weird or boring.

“Fortunately, I found out at a very young age that I will always do things my way.”

She has hit back at critics of her decision to join OnlyFans

She went on to add: “In 2021, I decided to open this account because I kept getting so many “likes” on bikini photos and people were suggesting that I sell them on this platform. I thought it was the biggest joke.

“I didn’t want to be seen as someone who was known for selling ‘bikini photos’ considering that I have worked so hard as an athlete, worked hard for my education, speak multiple languages and really love the image of myself that I have created and respected.

“My life changed completely for the better after my first month there.

“I now enjoy training full-time, being able to afford the equipment I need, my dream bikes, saving for other goals in life and being able to enjoy it in a way where I don’t have to sacrifice my sporting life to have three part-time jobs like I used to do while chasing my Olympic dreams.”

Ianculsecu also challenged critics of her decisions by insisting she does not care about those judging her.

She said: “You can put me in a box because you don’t know me. And that’s okay. I know myself and the people that matter to me know how I am like.

“The comments don’t offend me because it’s a path I chose. For now.

“So… don’t be shy and come say hi.”
