Chelsea were wearing the kit when they were relegated amid shaming scenes in 1988, when there was a riot at Stamford Bridge following defeat to Middlesbrough in the play-offs.

Chelsea could be going into the new era with the sportswear giants next season with a Premier League title to defend.
Stamford Bridge boss Antonio Conte hailed their victory over Stoke as significant, and with leading by ten points after 28 matches, he went on to suggest his side will need just seven wins from their remaining games to clinch the title.
