The Southampton star has impressed this season, having become one of the most promising youngsters in the Premier League.
Dibling, 18, has been likened to Manchester City winger Jack Grealish for his playing style.

However, it was not the former Aston Villa star who inspired him to go for the bold look.
Instead, Dibling was told by a fellow teen star to wear his socks low down.
