They had reportedly been staying at the £1,500-a-night Aman hotel during their time in the city.
The couple started dating recently and were spotted together on a date in Cheshire last month.
A source told The Sun: "It’s very early days but they are officially dating — they seem really into each other. Trent hasn’t been single long and is enjoying spending time with Estelle.
"They’re just really enjoying each other’s company and seem quite smitten."
