Transfer news LIVE: Rashford to Monaco EXCLUSIVE, Arsenal eye ‘shock Evan Ferguson loan’ – but need to offload first

THE January transfer window is rolling on at full speed - and some massive moves are still in the pipeline.

Brighton's Evan Ferguson is a potential loan target for Arsenal - but only if they can move on one flop first.

And SunSport can exclusively report that Monaco are frontrunners for Marcus Rashford's signature.

Elsewhere, AC Milan are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign Kyle Walker on loan, while Juventus want Chelsea outcast Ben Chilwell.

  • Marmoush deal close

    Omar Marmoush was left out of Eintracht Frankfurt's squad against Borussia Dortmund.

    Frankfurt didn't need him, winning the game 2-0, which intensifies belief his move to Man City is immiment.

    City are expected to pay around £68million for the forward.

    Sky Sports Germany claim a medical is booked for Monday.

  • West Ham plot Chelsea raid

    West Ham are reportedly interested in signing exiled Chelsea star Ben Chilwell.

    Chilwell has been deemed surplus to requires by new Blues boss Enzo Maresca.

    And according to Football Insider, the Hammers are willing to offer the England defender a career lifeline.

  • Palace signing praised

    Steve Parish has backed new Crystal Palace man Romain Esse to get fans off their seats at Selhurst Park.

    The teenage winger has signed a five-and-a-half year deal after making a £12million switch from Millwall.

    Palace, who were initially trying to sign Liverpool's Ben Doak, landed Esse, 19, despite interest from Newcastle.

    Chairman Parish said: “We are delighted to welcome Romain to Crystal Palace, and we’re looking forward to working with him to continue his impressive progress to date.

    “Romain is the type of player who gets crowds off their seats – the type of player long associated with South London and Crystal Palace Football Club – and everyone at the club is looking forward to watching him shine on the pitch, and fulfil his exciting potential.”

    Esse signed too late in the day on Friday to make his debut at West Ham yesterday, but will be ready to face Brentford next weekend.

    He said: “I’m very excited to be here. It’s a good project and a good opportunity, so I just can’t wait to get started.”

  • Alli reportedly lands new club

    Dele Alli has reportedly bagged himself a new club.

    According to Fabrizio Romano, the former Everton and Spurs man has agreed to join Como.

    He tweeted: "Como agree deal to sign Dele Alli with immediate effect!

    Understand Dele signs tomorrow on a contract valid until June 2026 plus option for further season go activated based on appearances or availability.

    "He’ll play in Serie A under Cesc Fabregas as coach."

  • Malacia on verge of United exit

    Tyrell Malacia is reportedly on the verge of leaving Manchester United on loan.

    Dutch journalist Joost Blaauwhof reported: "Tyrell Malacia is leaving Manchester United

    "Sources close to the player have confirmed this.

    The left-back is close to an agreement with a new club and will be loaned to a top European competition.

    "Ruben Amorim has given approval for the loan."

  • Guardiola's shock at contract

    Pep Guardiola has admitted he was left gobsmacked by the length of Erling Haaland's new contract with Manchester City.

    The Spaniard said of his reaction to the striker's new deal: "I said, ‘Can you repeat?’

    "And he said to me [10 years].

    "I said, ‘Sure?’ And he said, ‘Yes’. So, good news. That means a lot.”

  • Liverpool exit rumoured

    Caoimhin Kelleher will reportedly leave Liverpool in the summer.

    That's according to The Times, who claim the Irish stopper has made the decision following Alisson's return to fitness.

    He is on course to become the Reds' third-choice stopper once when Georgian Giorgi Mamardashvili joins the Merseysiders from Valencia in July.

  • Howe confirms imminent Newcastle exit

    Eddie Howe has confirmed that Miguel Almiron is on course to leave Newcastle.

    He said: "The latest is we expect him for training today and in the squad tomorrow.

    "Yeah with him, anything can happen at this moment.

    "He’s been top class. He lives his life through the football club. It’s not ideal but that’s the reality of PSR.

    “We don’t want to lose players but we know that there’s a reality with PSR and the ongoing managing of that situation.

    “So we’ve said many times over the last few weeks we’ll make more decisions not based on football, but based on decisions that we potentially have to make for the future.”

    “He’s happy, a brilliant professional. He will come in every day and his training performances, his focus, his personality has been consistent. I’ve no issues with him on that side.”

  • Crystal Palace announce signing

    Crystal Palace have announced the signing of Romaine Esse from Millwall.

    Esse said: “I’m very excited to be here.

    "It’s a good project and a good opportunity, so I just can’t wait to get started."

  • Salah move ruled out

    Al-Hilal have officially ruled out a January move for Liverpool ace Mohamed Salah, whose contract with the Reds expires in the summer.

    Manager Jorge Jesus said: "“Mo Salah or other big players will not come this winter.

    "But maybe next season."

  • Dortmund chase Schade

    Borussia Dortmund have a "genuine" interest in Brentford star Kevin Schade, according to reports.

    The 23-year-old winger is supposedly on the radar of several top clubs ahead of a potential summer switch.

    Brentford boss Thomas Frank says he "expects" all his key players to stay until the end of the season.

  • Broja disagreement

    Everton reportedly want to cut short Armando Broja's loan deal after he was ruled out for at least ten weeks with an ankle problem.

    The Toffees have a maximum of four players on loan and ending the striker's stay will allow David Moyes to bring in someone else until the end of the season.

    But Broja's Chelsea return is complex as the Blues want compensation to end the loan move.

  • Atlanta's Prem raid

    Atlanta United are eyeing January swoops for two Premier League stars.

    The MLS side's top forward target is Middlesbrough star Emmanuel Latte Lath.

    But as a back-up plan, they have reportedly submitted a £15m bid for Odsonne Edouard.

    The French striker is currently on loan at Leicester from Crystal Palace.

    Atlanta are also trying to bring Miguel Almiron back to the club and have offered Newcastle £10m.

  • Herrera joins Boca

    Ex-Man Utd star Ander Herrera has left Athletic Club and signed for Argentine giants Boca Juniors.

    It is a dream come true for the 35-year-old Spanish midfielder, who previously said: "If, one day, I get a chance to play in South America, I'd love to go to Boca, the biggest [club]."

    Herrera joins former United team-mates Sergio Romero and Marcos Rojo in Buenos Aires.

    Edinson Cavani is also at the club and the pair played together at PSG instead of in Manchester.

  • Little-known rule delays Kolo Muani move

    A little-known rule is preventing Man Utd and Spurs target Randal Kolo Muani joining Juventus on loan.

    The PSG striker was attracting Premier League interest but appears to be heading to Turin, having reportedly undergone a medical at Juve earlier this week.

    But PSG have already hit the limit of six senior players out on loan in Xavi Simons (RB Leipzig), Carlos Soler (West Ham), Nordi Mukiele (Leverkusen), Renato Sanches (Benfica), Juan Bernat (Villarreal) and Lucas Lavallee (Aubagne).

    Sky Italia claim goalkeeper Lavallee is set to be recalled to allow Kolo Muani's move to happen.

  • Italian job

    AC Milan look set to end their pursuit of Marcus Rashford and sign Kyle Walker instead.

    Both England stars are looking to leave Manchester this month and the duo have been on the radar of the Rossoneri.

    Serie A rules prevents them from bringing both to San Siro this month.

    Rashford's wages have provided a stumbling block in a loan move and the club instead are in the final stages of a deal for Walker.

  • Arsenal and City battle for starlet

    Arsenal and Man City want to sign 18-year-old midfielder Sverre Nypan, according to The Telegraph.

    The teenager has been touted as one of Europe's hottest prospects and he made his debut for Rosenborg aged 15.

    The Norwegian side are holding out for £10m.

    Nypan is represented by agent Rafaela Pimenta, who has Erling Haaland as a client.

  • Arsenal teen nears exit

    Eintracht Frankfurt have confirmed they are in talks to sign Arsenal academy prospect Ayden Heaven.

    Gunners centre back Heaven, 18, is yet to sign a professional contract and his scholarship terms end this summer.

    But he did make his senior debut in the Carabao Cup fourth round against Preston.

    Eintracht CEO Markus Krosche has revealed the Bundesliga side are exploring the possibility of bringing the Hale End teenager to Germany.

    Krosche said: "We spoke to Arsenal. We try to sign him. He's a really good prospect and we'll see if we can find a solution with him."

    Arsenal will receive some form of compensation should Heaven depart for another club.

    The starlet came through the Arsenal academy alongside current first-team stars Ethan Nwaneri, 17, and Myles Lewis-Skelly, 18.

    The left-footed defender has been capped by England U18s and U19s.

  • Marmoush missing

    Omar Marmoush is not in the Eintracht Frankfurt squad for their clash against Borussia Dortmund tonight as he nears a £67m switch to Man City.

    A club statement read: "Eintracht Frankfurt is currently in talks with another club regarding a transfer of Omar Marmoush. 

    "Therefore, the player is not part of the squad today."

    Man Utd are confident they will reunite Ruben Amorim and Sporting striker Viktor Gyokeres in the summer.

  • Foxes join Silva hunt

    Leicester have joined the race for West Ham target Andre Silva.

    The RB Leipzig striker, 29, is available on loan this month having made just eight Bundesliga appearances this season.

    West Ham are desperate to sign a striker this month following injuries to Niclas Fullkrug, Michail Antonio and Jarrod Bowen.

    However, the Hammers are considering a number of options and have concerns over Silva's lack of game time.

    Silva, who scored four goals in 26 appearances on loan at Real Sociedad last season, is keen on a move to the Premier League this month.

  • Hammer blow

    Marco Silva shut down the chance of striker Rodrigo Muniz moving across London to West Ham.

    The Fulham boss said: "We are not open to listen to anything about Rodrigo and it's better if no one contacts us because it will be a quick and easy answer from us.

    "There's no chance at all to even start to talk to clubs."

  • Gittens wanted by Chelsea

    Chelsea are looking to sign a winger this month amid uncertain futures of Christopher Nkunku and Mykhailo Mudryk.

    They are supposedly considering a shock move for Man Utd star Alejandro Garnacho.

    But that move could prove difficult as Napoli are leading the race with them needing to replace PSG-bound Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

    Chelsea could instead turn their attention to Borussia Dortmund's English wonderkid Jamie Gittens.

    The 20-year-old has scored 11 goals in 25 games for the German giants this season.

  • Seagulls Tosin swoop

    Brighton have expressed an interest in Chelsea centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo, according to reports.

    The Blues have not yet decided whether to cash-in on the player they picked up for free in the summer.

    Chelsea's recalling of Trevoh Chalobah from his loan at Crystal Palace has potentially paved the way for Tosin's departure.

  • Cherry picked

    Chelsea wonderkid Zain Silcott-Duberry is set to join Bournemouth.

    The Cherries have agreed a deal that includes no initial fee but performance-based add-ons and a sell-on clause.

    Winger Silcott-Duberry, 19, is set to sign a three-year deal on the south coast.
