ARSENAL are lining up a shock move for Yoane Wissa to solve their striker crisis, it's been reported.

The North Londoners are in the market for a new centre forward after Gabriel Jesus suffered a torn ACL in their FA Cup third-round defeat to Manchester United last weekend.

And according to reports, Brentford hitman Wissa is on the Gunners' shortlist of candidates to fill the void left by Jesus.

Wissa is said to be on Forest's list of potential replacements for Taiwo Awoniyi, who West Ham are trying to lure away from the City Ground.

The Midlands club are said to be seriously considering a move for him they lose Awoniyi.
