MARC BARTRA has been released from hospital after undergoing surgery on a broken wrist following the Borussia Dortmund bus attack.
The Spanish defender was snapped smiling and giving a thumbs up despite missing the Champions clash with Monaco.
Bartra was the only Dortmund player to suffer any injury after they were targeted in a bomb attack on Tuesday.

An explosion shattered the bus' windows and shocked the world of football to its core, with the game postponed for 24 hours.
The 26-year-old was rushed to hospital in the German city for surgery to repair the bone in his right arm damaged in the blast.
He was fortunate to escape further damage other than minor cuts from shattered glass but the defender will still be sidelined for around a month.

He admitted: “The pain, the panic and the uncertainty of not knowing what was going on, or how long it would last were the longest and hardest 15 minutes of my life."
The rest of the Dortmund squad were left shaken by the attack, yet they were still forced to play their match just a day later by Uefa.
And they were clearly not in peak condition on Wednesday when they slipped to a 3-2 defeat that leaves their hopes of a semi-final place in jeopardy.
